1 6oz pk orange gelatin
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. finely chopped celery
Dissolve gelatin in the water. Immediately add the sherbet, stir until melted. Add oranges and celery. Pour into ring mold and chill until firm. Unmold on crisp greens.
