Carrot Ring

2 c. ground carrots
2 c. cheese
2/3 c. chopped nuts
2 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 T. minced onion

Mix all ingredients in order given.
Pour into a greased ring mold, set in pan of hot water, bake in moderate over (350) until firm (about 4o min). Unmold on a hot plate; fill center with hot cooked peas. Serves 6
