Frozen Cheesecake

1 large cream cheese
1 c. whipping cream
3 eggs, seperated
1 tsp vanilla
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
24 graham crackers, crushed

Whip cream, beat egg whites. Cream sugar and cheese. Add yolks, salt to taste and vanilla. Add whipped cream and pineapple. Fold in egg whites. Put in 13x9. tops with graham cracker. Freeze 5 hours at least.
