Apple Holiday Pudding

Cream 1 cup sugar, 1/4 c. marg. and 1 egg.
Add 2 c. peeled, chopped apples.
Add 1 c. flour
  1 t. soda
  1 t. cinnamon, 1/2 t. nutmeg
  1/4 t. salt
  1/2 c. nuts

Bake at 350 for 40 min in 8x8 pan. Serves 6.
