Chille Sauce
30 large tomatoes
10 onions
4 peppers
12 apples
4 T. salt
3 or 4 T. mustard
1 qt. sugar
3 c. vinegar
1 heaping t. cinnamon
1 t. allspice
1/2 t cloves
1/2 t ginger
Put all thru food chopper and cook about 2 hours. Seal.
